Prototype Making

CNC prototyping is state-of-the-art technology of our industry. With the integration of computer aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and computer numerical control (CNC) and other advanced technologies, a solid block can be cut by milling after the compilation of 3D data from a computer.

The digital control centre will select the appropriate machine tool, automatically choose and replace cutting tools as well as change the spindle speed while adjusting the feed rate for different trajectories and different supporting functions. Several surfaces are finished using this multi-procedure processing. The whole process is program controlled and not subject to the influence of human factors.

CNC Prototype advantages:
a) Material (ABS, POM, transparent PMMA, PP, PC, Copper, Aluminum, and Bakelite) can be used. Materials are high strength and have high temperature resistance features.
b) High precision can reach 0.05-0.1mm.
c) This is a good choice for exhibition.
