Plastic Mold

As a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molds and bakelite injection molds, Realhao uses the most advanced equipment the industry offers. Our company employs skilled engineers and mold makers. Realhao adheres to the highest HASCO, DME, FUTABA mold standards, learning and absorbing international mold standards. We have adopted SAARSTAHL, ASSA, BOHTER, FEEKL, LKM mold steel methods, using Synventive, INCO, HRS, Husky, and Yudo hot runner systems. We use Parker,Merkle, and Vega hydraulic cylinders to make high quality plastic injection molds and Bakelite injection molds.

Concerning mold surface treatment, our suppliers can make an almost unlimited variety of mold textures for our customers such as VDI texture, CH EDM texture, and Moldmasters texture. We polish each mold according to SPI standards. Customers only need provide us a detailed request and we will texture or polish their mold to their needs.
Realhao has been In the mold business for over 10 years. The focus of our business has been automotive molds, home appliance molds, electronic products molds, and Bakelite injection molds.

Automotive Molds
Automotive molds have been the mainstay at Realhao. We mold gear handles, knobs, engine covers, water pump covers, oil pump covers, pump connectors, air conditioning outlets, door, trim and interior parts etc. Auto molds make up 33% of sales at Realhao. We are proud to say our main customers are Honda, BMW, VW.

Home Appliance Molds
Home appliance molds are another big part of Realhao’s sales comprising as much as 30%. We make molds for air condition parts, fresh air machine parts, coffee machines, kettles, and LCD monitors. Realhao makes plastic injection molds for plastic parts used by Phillips, Whirlpool, Midea, and Galanz.

Electronic Molds
Realhao takes great pride in high precision molds. We are famous for long mold life, small tolerance, beautiful appearance, short lead time and short cycle time for electronic product molds. Realhao makes one shot injection molds as well as two shot injection molds. We make over-molds for electronic products such as covers, shells, boxes, connectors, screws etc.

Other Plastic Injection Molds
Realhao also makes injection molds for toolboxes, power tools, baby products, beer crates etc.

Bakelite Injection Molds
Realhao Industrial has been a leader in Bakelite injection molds for auto parts and home appliances since 2008. Our Customers appreciate our long mold life and nice appearance, less flash, and our short production time. We make molds for light covers, cooking pot handles etc. Our Bakelite division accounts for 8% of sales.
